We use ParcelForce as our shipping partner. The packs are shipped on a Next Day service to your desired destination. Signatures are required on receipt, and the delivery is fully tracked.
Collections usually take place on the 5th Day of your rental, or the next weekday. BUT YOU NEED TO ARRANGE THIS DAY/ DATE.
We can also arrange to collect on a sooner weekday if required. Once we receive the packs back at our facility we process your deposit refund back to your card.

What We Do
Sending our packages to clients for self - assembly allows us to cover the whole UK stage rental market. Order the amount in SQM to suit your application. Need some special - contact us.
ParcelForce will deliver the smallest 2x1m package. All modules are 1m square, and weigh approx 8kg. They hold two people for spacing purposes. Larger stage hire packages arrive on a pallet. (to a ground floor area ONLY)

Packages are easy to take out of the boxes and assemble. Depending on the amount you have ordered, you may want to use a trolley, although the heaviest item is the deck platform at 8kg, so they are easy for most people to move around.
Be sure to plan where you are going to place the staging. You will obviously need enough area to accommodate the size you book.
- Take the items from the boxes. REMEMBER to save the pallet box for the return journey!!
- Plan where you are going to place the staging, taking into account the surrounding area or walls, ceilings etc
- Arrange some help if 8kg lifts are too heavy for you.
You will not need any tools or fixings. Everything is provided in the pack kits for you. Just take the items out of the packs, and proceed to assemble.
Assembly is very simple, but its worth familiarising yourself with the items before attempting assembly. Scan the Q code in the box. To get started.
- First open the riser legs out, SLOWLY, so as not to stress the tubes. (Riser legs are fragile when in the stored position.) But very strong when opened.
- The riser legs are very strong when opened fully. Open and place side by side on the floor.
- Place the brace plates over the silver locating pillars on top of the riser legs
- Place the deck platforms onto the riser legs, making sure the 4 pillars fit snuggly.
- Attach the cloth skirt to the fronts of the platform frame using the fasteners with the tool)
As with all platforms its worth explaining to users that they use the platforms at their own risk, and to always make themselves aware of falling from the podium. Especially if there is no wall at the rear.
Where necessary you should always conduct a risk assessment to make sure your usage is compliant with Health & Safety rules set out by your business or premises. We have included a Risk Assessment document with your Terms and Conditions of hire that you can use to help you with use of stage platforms. By booking our staging you take totally responsibility for its use with your users. Keeping the staging and your users safe is a top priority.
- Do not leave the staging out in bad weather. Its likely to cost you your deposit.
- Do not overload the platforms, they take 2 tons per square metre max.
- Be careful when taking down the platforms and riser legs, and packing them into the boxes.
- Be careful not to jump about on small platforms on polished surfaces, as these can slip and break or cause injury to people.
- MOST IMPORTANT – THE STAGING MUST ONLY BE USED ON FLAT SURFACES!
We charge a deposit on all orders. This covers damage and loss of stage hire pack items. Much like a car waiver we expect you to look after the products whilst they are in your possession, but we do recognise that accidents happen.
We inspect the goods when they arrive back to us, and 99% of the time the full desposit is returned. The boxes housing the packs are robust and can handle transport shipping. Be sure to pack the kits up as they arrived to ensure a smooth transaction.
ParcelForce will collect small packs from your premises on the day booked. They will sign a document if you wish, and you can go ahead and photograph the packs and contents for your own peace of mind if you wish.
The pallet boxes will be collected by a large goods vehicle with electric trucks, on a ground floor. If the drivers cannot access the pallet boxes they may wish to charge extra fees. Rest assured we will do everything we can to make sure you receive back your full deposit.
