We use ParcelForce as our shipping partner for our Party@home base package. The package is shipped on a Next Day service to your desired destination. Signatures are required on receipt, and the delivery is fully tracked.

For all other stage hire packages we use a pallet network service, This will arrive on your first day of hire, and will be collected 4-5 days after the arrival date. OR sooner if required. Please note 3-5 day pricing, if the packages is required for more than 5 days, please contact us for additional rate fees.

How the delivery works.

Simple. Pallet or package delivery arrives at your address, Signed for by you. Unpacked and assembled from the pallet or carton. VERY easy assembly – (light platforms) see the videos.

After use, clean – re-pack, ready for the collection.
